i would really love to do this but my hair slides out of the ribbon when im tieing the knot
@MeganLovable My mom does this also, but uses an elastic to tie the end and pins it up with bobby pins… then sprays the underside of the hair with hairspray… But I love this ribbon method because it is so much quicker :]
Hi Megan, I can’t think of anything else you could use. You really do need the ribbon.

@Phanatic12009 You can also not use a ribbon. If you wrap your hair with a hair tie instead of tying the ribbon you can then pull it under and bobby pin it to the base of your hair. It does the same thing and there is no ribbon.

Hi, actually yes, but instead of showing the ribbon on your head, you show it on your neck. Here’s how you do it. After you tie the ribbon to the bottom of your hair, instead of going up over to the top of your head to secure it, you bring it directly forward and wrap it around your neck like a choker necklace, crossing it over in the front of your neck once and then tie it behind your neck. I usually select a stylish sheer ribbon that goes with my outfit, or I also like something with beads.
its weird how her hair looks REALLY long but I have the same length and my hair doesn’t even look that long. I think its cause I’m a little thicker than her
